I have two problems with my flat I need fixed. It is not necessary the repairman speaks English, but my Czech is not good enough to describe the problems.
1) I have a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Something like methane. It is likely a clogged drain. I have tried running the water for a long time and flushingtoilets many times, but the smell always comes back.
2) I have an electrical problem in one room of the flat. When I switch on the light, there is a loud noise and I lose electricity in the whole flat. I thought because it only happens in one room, it might be a bad light bulb, but I have tried a new one and the same thing happens.Více...
